Foi divulgada a lista dos indicados ao Harvey Awards 2003, a segunda maior premiação de quadrinhos nos Estados Unidos, atrás apenas do Eisner Award (cujos indicados deste ano também já foram divulgados).

O nome do prêmio, criado em 1988, é uma homenagem ao cartunista Harvey Kurtzman, um dos fundadores da revista de humor Mad.

Os indicados foram escolhidos por uma junta de 2000 pessoas do mercado, incluindo escritores, artistas e editores. Pela primeira vez, neste ano não haverá cerimônia de entrega, mas o evento volta a acontecer em 2004.
