Segundo o Hollywood Reporter, o agente da atriz francesa
Marion Cotillard confirmou que ela está negociando um papel no filme The
Dark Knight Rises.

Cotillard já trabalhou com o diretor Christopher Nolan em A Origem (Inception). Existem rumores que a atriz poderia interpretar Talia Al Ghul, a filha de Ra's Al Ghul, papel de Liam Neeson em Batman Begins.

Estão no elenco: Christian Bale, Anne
Hathaway, Tom Hardy, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Morgan Freeman, Gary Oldman
e Michael Caine.

Talia Al Ghul surgiu em Detective Comics #411, em 1971. Uma das
histórias mais relevantes da personagem é a graphic novel
Batman - Son of the Demon, de 1987. Ela é a mãe de
Damian Wayne, o filho de Bruce Wayne.
